Welcome to
Grandview
Who WE ARE
The
Grandview Neighborhood, a diverse central Phoenix neighborhood, embraces an
association of concerned neighbors who have
volunteered to help promote safety, security and quality-of-life issues for
all members of our community.
The Grandview
Neighborhood Association is NOT a
homeowners association, and we wield no power over personal property, or the
use of such property. We are simply your neighbors attempting to help
preserve the quality of life you all deserve.
What WE DO
-
The
Grandview Neighborhood Association is involved in many community
activities designed to maintain and improve our neighborhood, as well as
bring all of our neighbors closer together. We hold fund-raisers
each year, including a neighborhood cook-out where we offer various
goodies such as, hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, drinks, cookies, desserts
and a whole host of raffle prizes, most donated by individuals within
the neighborhood as well as local businesses.
-
We also,
when the opportunity arises secure funding from the City of Phoenix to
supply the citizens of the Grandview Neighborhood with such safety items
as smoke detectors, motion-detector porch lights, house identification
numbers, gun locks and automobile anti-theft devices all free-of-charge
to our residents.
-
We publish a
monthly newsletter with items of interest and concern to our community.
We hold meetings on the first Thursday of every month where we have
guest speakers and information pertinent to our community, along with a
cash and dessert raffle. There is no charge and everyone is welcome.
Please see our latest
newsletter
for time
and location.
