Cathy Eglin - President

Cathy was born and raised in the Southeastern part of Arizona and has lived in State all her life.  Cathy, her husband Tom and their small dog Mandy moved to the Grandview Neighborhood in July of 2003.  Cathy works for a large title company at their downtown office.  Cathy and Tom have two grown sons and three grandchildren, all living in the Phoenix area.

Byron Orrs - Vice President

Byron & Evelyn moved to Phoenix in early 1980 and have lived in the same house since.  Byron retired from the Air Force in December 1984 and has worked for the United States Postal Service for the last 18+ years.  Their four children all attended Osborn School District schools and graduated from Central High School.  They also have four grandchildren.

Yolanda was born in Prescott, Arizona and has lived most of her life in this state. She, along with her sisters and 93 year old mother, have been a resident of the Grandview Neighborhood for over 15 years. Everyone agrees that her mom has the best kept secret recipe for tamales and red chile burritos and salsita which Yolanda and her sisters make to this day. Yolanda considers herself blessed and fortunate to have wondered into this neighborhood by accident in which they found their current home. She considers herself even more fortunate to have so many neighbors who have become their friends and an extension of their family. Yolanda has spent her entire career working in the customer service field

Scott Schwulst - Secretary

Living in Grandview since 2003 and owning our first home, Tod and I quickly understood the importance of being involved in our neighborhood.  Our house like yours is a sanctuary.  To be home is the best place we can possibly be.  Having a military background and the opportunities to live and visit all of our country, Grandview is truly the place I cherish most.  Tod and I have our wonderful pets, Frida, a Queensland Blue and two beautiful cats.  I am so honored to represent our neighborhood and to help make a positive difference.   A neighbor is a friend and I look forward to meeting all of my friends!

Stevi Shearer - Board Member

Born and raised in Ohio.... lived in Phoenix since 1972... 1 daughter Stephanie (senior in High School)... 2 cats... Agatha Christie and Amelia Earhart.... Work for Wells Fargo Bank in Treasury Management... love travel, music, reading, sewing, scrapbooking, cooking, needlepoint, knitting, theatre.    Girl Scout Leader 11 years, member of First United Methodist Church.    Moved to Grandview Neighborhood in September of 2004.    Plus I write the cooking column.
